We accept all inbound carriers and freight companies.
Please contact our service department at 616-554-2200 or email us to obtain an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization Number) prior to sending your high frequency drive for evaluation or repair.
The purpose of a RMA Number is for us to be able to link the unit for repair with the right customer and right case/conversation. Please include your RMA Number on your paperwork (packing list and purchase order).
Rush shipments do not require a RMA number before shipping. However, we do ask that you indicate contact information clearly on all shipping paperwork.
Return Shipment of Repaired Units
Many of our customers have preferred shipping methods. We will be glad to follow your instructions, whether they were written on your paperwork or given to us verbally. If you do not provide us specific shipping instructions, we will use our best judgement to select the carrier best suited for the shipment.
